General Terms of Use

RuzgarHost General Terms of Use

Domain name transactions are conducted within the framework of procedures established by the internationally organized ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers). These procedures are rules determined by the relevant authority, globally applicable, and immutable, and bind all domain name extensions.

Upon the expiration of domain name registration periods, all management rights over the domain names are lost. No administrative action essential for domain names, such as editing contact information or changing DNS, can be performed on domain names whose registration period has expired.

The complete loss of ownership of domain names requires a process that takes between 80-90 days. This process may vary for some extensions. In some extensions, domain names may become available immediately upon the expiration of the registration period. In the event of the expiration of the registration period of a domain name without initiating the reclaim process, resulting in the loss of ownership over the domain name and the domain name becoming available, the domain name can be re-registered by any user in accordance with the extension policy.

Domain Name Registration

Domain names are registered on a first-come, first-served basis. They can be registered at any time without any documentation. Domain names of customers who have made payments by credit card are registered instantly, while domain names of customers who have made payments by bank transfer or EFT are registered after their payments reach our accounts and/or after the customer notifies us of the payment with a bank receipt. Since domain names with extensions such as .TR are registered by application, they are subject to two different processes: with or without documents. .TR domain names without documents are registered within 24 hours, while domain names with documents are registered within 1-4 business days after the documents are submitted.

Domain name registration prices are calculated based on the dollar exchange rate, and in case of a significant difference due to exchange rate fluctuations, the price may be adjusted upwards or downwards.

Domain Name Renewal

Domain names can be renewed at the price displayed in the system during the registration period. After the expiration of the registration period, domain names are subject to several different periods. Within the first 33 days after the expiration of the registration period, domain names can be renewed at the price displayed in the system. After this 33-day period, the redemption period begins, during which domain names can be restored after paying a redemption fee ranging between 75 USD + VAT and 125 USD + VAT (known extensions: .COM 100 USD + VAT, .NET 75 USD + VAT, .ORG 75 USD + VAT), depending on the extension. After the second 33-day period, a 15-day deletion period begins, during which the domain name cannot be renewed.

Processes may vary depending on the extensions of domain names, and some extensions may not be renewed after the expiration of the registration period.

Domain name renewal prices are calculated based on the dollar exchange rate, and in case of a significant difference due to exchange rate fluctuations, the price may be adjusted upwards or downwards.

Domain Name Deletion

Domain names cannot be deleted during the registration period. The completion of the registration period and the subsequent process are required. If deletion is requested during this process, our policy is to cut off accessibility to the domain name for our customer. After completing all processes, the domain name may become available.

Instances such as domain names not becoming available after completing all processes are not caused by our company but are caused by companies that want to register domain names through the backorder system.
